（中央社記者戴雅真台北10日電）中國國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天表示，她認為可為足球做得更多，如果當選，將至少爭取舉辦1場大型足球國際賽事。

2018俄羅斯世界盃足球賽亞洲區資格賽第二輪，中華隊與越南隊之戰8日晚上7時在台北田徑場進行，吸引全場2萬239名球迷進場觀賽，中華隊最終1比2飲恨。

當晚也到場觀賽的洪秀柱下午在社群網站臉書（facebook）貼出加油照片並發文表示，前天與全場球迷一起見證中華隊奮戰。隊員們全場奮戰不懈，（中華隊教頭）陳貴人教練紅了眼眶，「我們都以中華隊為榮」，表現出可貴運動家精神。

她說，如果當選，未來4年將至少爭取舉辦1場大型足球國際賽事；讓足球運動人口倍增，從國民小學到大學，編列經費鼓勵成立校隊並聘用合格教練；成立半職業成年足球聯盟；輔導中華民國足球協會改革，經費補助透明化，提高國家隊選手待遇。

洪秀柱表示，台灣就算短期內不能成為足球大國、強國，但絕對可做個「足球樂國」。1040910
